We did a major house renovation putting in a new bathroom, new kitchen, moving windows and doors, putting in a new air system, and redoing most of the electric and plumbing in a 100+ year old house. DRemodeling did a really good job. There have been some issues along the way, but they have always been responsive to our concerns and worked with us to achieve a mutually satisfying solution. Dan's team is professional, considerate, and hardworking. Dan does his best to make sure you are happy with the work. A few suggestions. If you are doing a major renovation, you might want to hire your own architect. They provide architect services, but you need to study and approve the plans yourself. If you don't have construction experience, you will probably need some additional help. Otherwise, you risk have cabinets not fit or the spaces being awkward. For the very specialized work, like installing the air conditioning or waterproofing, you may want to seek a specialist. We had some problems with the air system because it was a tight job and required more expert knowledge. But none of this is to detract from a really positive experience. We've worked with several contractors and building specialists, and Dan is the most professional, accountable, and reliable person we've worked with. We will continue to go to him for our house renovations in the future and have recommended him to several friends and colleagues.
