Responsibilities:
 

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
• Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids;
• Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
• Assemble fittings and valves for installation
• Tests/checks plumbing systems detecting leaks and other problems
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Performs inspections to identify problems and parts that need to be replaced
• Assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, or drainage systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems. 

Qualifications:
 

• At least 5 years of plumbing work experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Experienced plumber who can run residential re-pipes and remodels
• Solid foundation and knowledge of plumbing installations, maintenance, and plumbing codes
• Experience with shower waterproofing, body sprays, steam showers.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.
