Mid-Century Modern Kitchen Remodel in Society Hill, Philadelphia

Project Description

With a client interested in a mid-century modern aesthetic, dRemodeling suggested a medium tone maple slab doorstyle for this kitchen’s cabinetry. Setting the mood for the rest of the space, all of the materials were selected in a neutral, simple palette, designed to play off the others beautifully, including a quartz countertop with minimal movement and a glass subway tile. The kitchen opens up into the dining room for a universal space plan, and open feeling. To augment this, dRemodeling assisted the client with the removal of her existing soffit as well, creating the sensation of additional height in the room as well.
